This two day practical workshop will discuss what is meant by the Thinking Classroom and how the development of thinking and creative strategies helps reverse underachievement in the classroom.

Outcomes:

Participants will

Explore the ideas behind the Thinking School and the Thinking Classroom.
Discover strategies that will promote their own classroom as a Thinking Classroom
Be able to develop and try out some of their own strategies in our classrooms before returning to their own school
Be provided with a teaching and learning coach throughout their course.
