Philip is much in demand to share his much acclaimed approach to the development of writing using music and images. His powerful methodology helps generate wonderful creative ideas to use for narrative writing, poetry, story telling and music compostion.
The day is highly interactive and practical and will demonstrate how to create dynamic learning environments using movement and music as well as discovering the power of images, sounds and thinking maps to generate creative ideas.

Process
You will learn about the methods by actively taking part. There will be many examples from the classroom and you will have a go at some of the activities. In the afternoon you will learn how to create a composition project using ‘Picture the Music Create’ as a starting point. You will be shown how to develop musical skills and apply them to the final composition.
